Job Description includes but is not limited to:
- Conduct staff meetings when requested
- Assist in providing ongoing training to employees
- Ensure staff are giving Consumer Satisfaction
- Provide Staff Supervision
- Case Management
- Assist with conducting 90 day and annual evaluations
- Assist or conduct new hire trainings and set up shadowing.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, salary changes, promotions and terminations
- Hold staff accountable to organizations and referring sources policies and procedures
- Respond to crisis calls and incident reports from staff and referring sources
- Conduct on-going shadowing of workers to ensure quality of services
- Assist in reviewing Progress Notes, Monthly Reports and Treatment Plans
- Review Timesheets on a weekly basis to ensure they are meeting client quota
- Hold workers accountable for fulfillment of their duties as outlined in their job description
- Obtain worker feedback and suggestions for future development
- Assist with the compiling and maintain resources for workers and clients
- Assist in writing PF Newsletters for region
- Assist workers with scheduling (New and Non-Compliant)
- Assure timely attention to core issues
- Attend all meetings and trainings
- Assist in creating and training field worker teams
- Assist in training potential field workers
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Monitor Van Usage
- Assist with marketing and branding
- Assist with staff orientation and program trainings
- Assist with Lunch and Learn
- When appropriate notice is given, supervisor will assist workers in obtaining a substitute when workers go on vacation and/or temporary leave of absence
- Carry a caseload of clients
- Assist in performing client intakes and assessments on new and ongoing client

The ideal candidate will work in the following counties:
Wayne and surrounding counties. There may be travel to possible regions/counties in Indiana, when needed.
Educational Requirements:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Sociology, or Social Work
Preferred Educational Requirements:
Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or in a directly related human services field
General Requirements:
- Must pass all background checks which include: National FBI Check; National Sex Offender; Child Protective Services Check; Local Background Checks
- Must pass all drug screens
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must have a reliable vehicle with the ability to use private car to transport self and others.
- Must be able to work weekends
- The Employee is responsible for obtaining Automobile insurance coverage($100,000/$300,000).
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to stoop, bend, sit, kneel and stand for long periods of time
Work Schedule
- The worker must be available Monday-Friday
- The worker must have weekend availability
- This position may be "on call " when needed.
- This worker must be available between the administrative and field worker hours of 7:30am and 8:30pm.
