Promising Futures, Inc. (PFI), a trusted non-profit organization in San Diego since 1989. We are seeking a dedicated Program Instructor/FLOW for our beautiful home in Ramona, CA. In this role, you will support our residential clients, helping them enhance their daily living skills by implementing tailored programs and behavioral intervention plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision and support of residential clients.
- Implement activities to foster leisure and engagement.
- Assist in ensuring the home meets safety regulations and remains in compliance with policies.
- Collect and analyze data to refine and improve training programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a residential or day program setting for adults with disabilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid CA driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background clearance, drug test, TB and health screening).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
