Promising Futures, Inc. (PFI), a trusted non-profit organization in San Diego since 1989. We are seeking a dedicated Residential Lead for our beautiful home in Lakeside, San Diego. In this role, you will oversee and support our residential clients, helping them enhance their daily living skills by implementing tailored programs and behavioral intervention plans while managing the home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the supervision and support of residential clients.
- Develop and implement monthly activity schedules to foster leisure and engagement.
- Ensure the home meets safety regulations and remains in compliance with policies.
- Manage household needs, including shopping for supplies and budgeting.
- Collect and analyze data to refine and improve training programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a residential or day program setting for adults with disabilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid CA driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background clearance, drug test, TB test, and health exam).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
