Promising Futures, Inc. is a social service agency in the area of child welfare. Our goal is to break the cycle and silence of violence. We partner with various agencies to accomplish the goal of keeping families safe. We are looking for individuals who have a passion to help those in need.
We are looking for individuals to work as a Youth Direct Care Worker in our Day Reporting/Evening Reporting Program. Promsiing Futures Inc Day Reporting/Evening Reporting programs include intensive supervision, utilization of a cognitive-behavior change approach, and other interventions designed to prevent the removal of the child from the home, to increase community safety, and to improve family functioning. The programs seek to prevent the removal of identified youth from the school setting, from the home, and/or safely maintain appropriate the child in the community; or for a child who is involved with the juvenile justice system.
Program Days: Monday-Friday (Year Around)
Program Times: Program hours vary based on location. 7:30am-2:30pm and 3:30pm-7:30pm. We are currently looking for those to assist with our day shift (Day Reporting)
This position might require the worker to transport children which will be outside of the program hours.

Educational Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
General Requirements
- Pass all required background checks: National FBI Check; National Sex Offender; Child Protective Services Check; Local Background Checks
- Valid Driver's License; Automobile Insurance ($100,000/$300,000)
- Pass all drug testing requirements
