- Monitor and analyze in-market social media campaigns, ensuring they meet pacing and performance benchmarks.
- Learn to interpret and act on multiple campaign datasets, spanning different brands, audience segments, and stages of the marketing funnel.
- Implement changes within social media platforms to optimize campaigns and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Document campaign adjustments and share insights to inform broader strategy.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on assigned client campaigns, maintaining high standards of accuracy and execution.
- Collaborate with senior team members to develop social media strategies and activation plans for new and existing clients.
- Support planning exercises by sending proposals, analyzing platform data for cost and performance estimates, and evaluating new vendor offerings.
- Assist in creating partnerships and crafting innovative social strategies that align with client objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, provide campaign recommendations, and address performance issues proactively.
- Take an active role in internal and client-facing discussions, contributing solutions and thought leadership.
- Respond promptly to updates and manage tasks using collaboration tools like Wrike, MS Teams, and Outlook.

- Ensure the accuracy of analytics dashboards and troubleshoot any discrepancies in data reporting or tagging.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in marketing or a related office environment.
- Strong proficiency in productivity tools such as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and similar platforms.
- Proactive and curious mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
