We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Business Applications to lead our Business Applications team and drive the implementation, optimization, and innovation of critical business systems across the organization. This role will focus on aligning technology solutions with business objectives to scale operations, increase efficiency, and enable organizational growth. The Director will manage the full lifecycle of business applications and ensure systems meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership :
Develop and execute the overall strategy for the business applications portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee the full lifecycle of business applications, including selection, implementation, integration, support, and continuous improvement.
Manage, mentor, and develop the Business Applications team, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
Lead the execution of complex application projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Drive adoption of best practices in application management and continuously assess the effectiveness of business systems.
