Your Expertise
- 10 years of applicable engineering/development experience
- 5 years of leadership experience in a software engineering capacity
- A high-level understanding of Android development technologies, frameworks, and languages
- Demonstrated leadership in establishing code quality, software testing, and product reliability in Android development teams
- Familiarity with modern Android development tools and practices
- Experience building and managing global and cohesive teams while recognizing and nurturing talent
- Ability to create an environment where engineers feel motivated and supported
Key Responsibilities
- Aligning Android development strategies with business goals
- Creating development roadmaps
- Implementing and overseeing testing processes, test automation, continuous integration, and delivery
