Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Sales Managers focused on mid-market customers across the North and South American markets.
- Recruit, coach, and develop the team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Implement regional sales strategies for mid-market customers, in line with the group's overall sales vision.
- Develop and execute effective targeting and acquisition strategies for key mid-market clients.
- Collaborate with the global and regional Client Services (CS) leadership teams to align on sales strategy and processes.
- Work closely with regional leaders to ensure well-focused sales activities and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Support harmonization of best practices and information sharing across regions.
