About the Role :
Trace3 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Director to lead and grow our DevSecOps consulting practice to help our customers in evaluating and implementing application security solutions. As the Practice Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and expansion of our practice to deliver innovative technology solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, expand market presence, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
You will also spend time being responsible for delivering application security services and advise our customers on secure software development. This includes planning and leading the implementation and adoption of application security platform solutions, reviewing customer software architecture and source code, providing training for developers and management, and driving solutions adoption across multiple development teams.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the practice's growth initiatives, including market analysis, solution development, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to identify business opportunities, develop compelling value propositions, and win new business.
- Provide thought leadership and industry expertise to guide clients in leveraging emerging technologies to achieve their business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business expansion and client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants and technical experts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and high performance.
- Drive innovation and excellence in service delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality, value, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with executive leadership to define and execute the practice's strategic goals and objectives, aligning with the overall vision and direction of the organization.
