The Role
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who is passionate about crafting optimal user experiences. As a pivotal member of the Lifetime Loyalty team, you will play an essential role in developing user-friendly and memorable experiences across various digital platforms, including landing pages, public websites, member portals, emails, and mobile apps. We are looking for a versatile UXI Designer who excels at understanding user needs and behaviors and can design sophisticated user interfaces that enhance interaction with premium brands. Collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and operations teams, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging interfaces for loyalty programs that resonate with our clients’ brand values and appeal to their target audiences. Utilizing platforms like Webflow, you will implement these designs to ensure they are responsive and effective across all devices.

Description
What You'll Do :
- Design and develop sophisticated UX / UI that enhances user interactions with premium brands, starting from conceptualization to final implementation
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and operations teams to ensure that designs are cohesive and aligned with business objectives
- Optimize digital assets for conversion and user engagement, upholding a luxurious and sophisticated brand aesthetic
- Utilize platforms like Webflow and Memberstack to implement responsive and functional digital interfaces effectively
- Articulate design rationale clearly, ensuring design intentions and benefits are effectively communicated across teams
- Proactively manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs adhere to the highest quality standards
- Work autonomously and lead projects, proactively addressing challenges and contributing to team objectives
- Discover latest UX trends and technologies to continuously improve the loyalty program offerings
