The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and scaling new food products, leading sensory evaluations of ingredients and prototypes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale new food products from concept to commercialization.
- Lead sensory evaluation of raw materials, flavors, products, and prototypes.
- Source and qualify new raw materials and vendors while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct stability studies on existing and new products to confirm shelf life and other product attributes.
- Design and conduct experiments, analyze data, report findings, and make recommendations.
- Maintain lab equipment and inventory, and manage laboratory supplies and samples.
