We are looking for a Sales Planning Intern interested in starting a SWEET career at our global corporate headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey.

Overview:

• Assist in various sales planning/operations functions

• Participate in validating sales and trade plans that are updated in Telus (trade planning tool)
• Make recommendation for automating data flow from Telus (trade planning tool) to Excel for analysis
• Cross-functional interaction with SSI, Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning and Sales Finance teams
• Learn how sales plans are managed in a Trade Promotion Management system
• Team-oriented environment, learn from multiple team members

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Rising Junior/Senior in college/university, pursuing Bachelors Degree in Sales, Business Administration or related fields
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Strong business acumen and analytical ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and organization skills and demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
• Self-motivated and bias for action.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Demonstrated personal and professional values.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Have access to housing and reliable transportation.
• Able to work a 40-hour week, beginning June 2nd, 2025
• Must be able to work in the office Monday thru Thursday; Friday is work from home.  

It would be sweet if you also had:

• Knowledge of and passion for Project Management   
• Strong passion for and knowledge of the Food and CPG industry
• Leadership experience on or off campus
