Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team at PIM Brands, a rapidly growing company that makes the brands you love. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving successful execution of projects from ideation to launch, communicating project status to key stakeholders, and collaborating with functional areas to drive project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive successful execution of projects from ideation to launch
- Communicate project status, costs, bottlenecks and timelines to key stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with functional areas, support functions, and alliance partner functions to drive project delivery
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and oversight to associate project managers and project managers working on common projects
- Leverage relationships and networks to improve and enhance team dynamics
- Proactively identify and remove obstacles to drive business results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Business, Economics, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, preferred
- Five (5) or more years of experience in project management or a related role
- Demonstrated leadership and ethics; demonstrated ability to hold others accountable for delivery
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting, including demonstrated ability in building and managing teams
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills; able to establish good working relationships with employees at all levels, resolve conflict and provide feedback, and to devise and implement creative solutions to problems
