Job Overview
This is a hands-on, data-driven position that requires speed and agility. The successful candidate will oversee indirect category sourcing, develop and implement best-in-class procurement strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to manage procurement spend and develop sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage procurement spend and develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost savings
- Provide an integrated view of areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
- Implement processes and tools to track supplier performance and manage supplier risk
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in finance, procurement, supply chain, or a related field, as well as 10 years of experience in procurement or a related function. You should also possess demonstrated knowledge of the fundamentals of procurement.
