The Role
This shop is on the hunt for a sharp, experienced Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to keep customers smiling and the workflow steady. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where multitasking is your best friend and team spirit is non-negotiable.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Writing clear, honest estimates
- Greeting customers and cashing them out with a smile
- Answering phones like a pro
- Scheduling appointments without breaking a sweat
- Sourcing parts quickly and efficiently
- Leading and supporting the advisor team
- Keeping the front-of-house flow smooth and professional
Must Haves:
- 2–5 years of service advising experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Clean background
- Must pass a drug screen (zero tolerance)
- Team management experience
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- A team-first mindset
Compensation & Perks:
- Hourly Pay: $25.00–$30.00 based on experience
- Performance Bonus: Annual potential of $5K–$10K
