We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with 3 years of experience. Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service, focusing on solving customer problems rather than aggressive sales tactics
- Manage service orders and coordinate between technicians and customers
- Oversee a busy shop with 80-90 work orders at any given time
- Work closely with our team of 3 advisors, a service manager, and office manager
- Contribute to an ethical, positive, and team-oriented work environment
