What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)
- Being the friendly face (or voice) that customers trust
- Mastering the art of phone handling, appointment setting, and customer updates
- Providing accurate estimates (no magic 8-ball required)
- Ordering parts like a pro—because cars don’t fix themselves!
- Keeping things organized while keeping customers happy
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of automotive service advising experience
- Stellar customer service skills—because happy customers = success
- Experience with Mitchell or Shopware (bonus points, but not required)
- Someone who’s eager to grow, takes feedback well, and isn’t afraid to ask questions
