This role calls for 3-7 years of solid service management experience and a confident, hands-on approach. The ideal candidate knows what it takes to manage a team, coordinate workflows, and keep both customers and crew happy. Whether it's balancing P&Ls, handling vendor invoices, or stepping in at the front counter to help during a rush, flexibility is key.
Must-Haves
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a drug screen (zero-tolerance policy)
- Clean background
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High-level multitasking ability
- Working knowledge of P&L statements
- Experience reconciling parts/vendor invoices
- Willing to support any office role when needed
- Positive, collaborative attitude
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $40.00, based on experience
- Shop Production Bonus
- Pay Schedule: Weekly
