The Gig
As our Automotive Service Manager, you’ll wear many hats—from coach and mentor to operations guru and customer service champion. You’ll be responsible for leading the shop, motivating the team, and ensuring customers receive outstanding service every time they visit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading & Inspiring: Build, train, and develop a team of service advisors and technicians who love what they do.
- Keeping Operations Smooth: Oversee shop workflow, manage inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Delivering Next-Level Service: Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing concerns, providing solutions, and going the extra mile.
- Driving Sales & Profitability: Hit revenue goals, monitor KPIs, and manage budgets to keep the shop thriving.
- Building Community Connections: Be the face of the shop in the local community, building partnerships and enhancing our brand.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3 years of automotive service management experience.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with shop management software and financial analysis tools.
