Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and diagnostics on various makes and models, meeting client expectations.
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in work, emphasizing first-time fixes.
- Stay current on best practices and technical knowledge through ongoing training.
- Contribute positively to our team culture and support a collaborative environment.
- Communicate needs for assistance or tools to perform at your best.
Requirements:
- 4 years of hands-on automotive repair experience, preferably with American/Asian or American/Euro background.
- Ability and desire to continuously learn and grow within the role.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in customer service and repair work.
Compensation:
- $30-$45 per hour, flat rate, based on experience and skill level.
- PTO.
