Position 1: Intermediate European Automotive Technician (4 Years of Experience)
Compensation (Depending on Experience) - Base hourly rate $26.50 PLUS HUGE Production Bonus Opportunities!

What This Role Involves:
- Servicing European vehicles with expert precision
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of makes and models
- Bringing EV knowledge to the table (bonus points!)
- Holding an ASE certification (or working toward one)
- Having independent shop experience (dealership experience is cool, too)
- Being driven, motivated, and eager to keep learning
Position 2: Advanced European Diagnostic Tech (6 Years of Experience)
Compensation (Depending on Experience) - Base hourly rate $29.00 PLUS HUGE Production Bonus Opportunities!
Annual Earning Potential of OVER $150K!!!
For the seasoned diagnostic pro who lives and breathes European cars, this is the role to shine. This position calls for a leader—someone who can diagnose with laser focus, repair with confidence, and guide the team toward success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and repairing high-end European vehicles, with a focus on BMW, Volkswagen, and Audi
- Supporting the team with technical expertise and leadership
- Keeping things organized and making sure the shop runs smoothly
- Communicating effectively and adapting to new challenges
- Bringing dealership or independent shop experience to the table
