Responsibilities

  • Oversee caseload of 6-8 kiddos in center based setting.
  • Manage and train RBTs.
  • Conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.
  • Provide parent coaching and work with other disciplines including Speech and Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience using ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp preferred.
  • Uncapped Bonus for going over 26 billable hours!

Qualifications

Required

  • BCBA or BCBA-D
  • New BCBAs encouraged to apply!
  • LBA in SC, or eligible for LBA

  • 5,000 - $10,000 Sign On Bonus
  • 4 Day Work Week
  • Hiring for multiple centers and companies around Columbia.
