Responsibilities
- Design, Create and Teach BCBA curriculum tailored to BCBA Students.
- Oversee a caseload of RBT-level students and provide mentorship and guidance.
- Manage a small caseload of 15 billable hours.
- Assign and balance student cases.
- Organize and deliver one CEU session annually to the staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a BCBA
- 2 years in a supervisory role as a BCBA
Compensation
• $80,000 - $90,000 salary
