We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager for our Prompto 10 Minute Oil Change location. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in leading a dedicated crew of 7-10 employees while ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, a background in automotive repair, and a commitment to customer service excellence. Prompto has a no pressure sales approach that allows you to educate the customer on what their vehicle needs without worrying about your paycheck.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily operations of oil changes, basic fluid checks, and recommend add-ons as needed.

- Help lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians and service staff.

- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Utilize automotive knowledge to ensure high-quality service standards are met.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment for both customers and employees.

- Use basic computer skills and Microsoft Teams for scheduling, reporting, and team communication.

- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in automotive repair and service operations.

- Previous leadership or management experience in a similar setting is preferred.

- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

- Basic understanding of computer operations, including Microsoft Teams.

- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

- Commitment to safety and quality in service delivery.
