Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Big Data Developer to join our team in Malvern, PA. This role requires expertise in Big Data technologies, serverless AWS solutions, and Python development. Candidates with a background in the financial industry and a minimum of 10 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years in software development and data engineering.
  • Proven experience in the financial industry.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Python, including PySpark, Pandas, and NumPy.
  • In-depth knowledge of serverless AWS technologies: Glue, Step Functions, EMR, Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, S3.
  • Hands-on experience with Big Data tools like Hive and Presto.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
