Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days remote)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Experience Level: 5-8 Years
Job Description:
- Work with the Data & Analytics engineering team to drive scalable, personalized financial advice solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineers and Data Analysts to deliver high-quality, cost-effective data solutions.
- Support strategic initiatives for Enterprise Advice Product Line.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge AI/ML technologies for financial planning and portfolio construction.
- Create cross-divisional data products to enhance advice-based solutions.
- Deliver high-quality, robust, and configurable technical solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and implement data solutions.
- Contribute to an engineering culture focused on DataOps, FinOps, and MLOps.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ETL processes, database system design, and real-time & offline analytics.
- Expertise in Python, PySpark, SQL, and AWS services for data transformation and automation.
- Experience in building data blocks and products for analytical solutions (Tableau dashboards).
- Strong problem-solving and consultative mindset.
- Ability to resolve critical production issues and ensure data pipeline reliability.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, programming, database administration, or data management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
