Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid 3 days in office and 2 days remote)

Job Description:
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field
- 8 years of experience in cutting-edge AI/ML research and development
- Experience at top AI research organizations (OpenAI, DeepMind, Anthropic, etc.)
- Deep expertise in developing and fine-tuning large language models
- Hands-on experience building autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems
- Proven track record implementing and optimizing RAG architectures
- Experience with multimodal AI systems
- Strong background in function calling and tool use with LLMs
- Practical knowledge of designing evaluation frameworks for generative AI
- Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks/libraries
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences is a plus
- Experience applying AI in fintech or wealth management is highly desirable
