About the Company - Pronix is currently seeking a MAC Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC, Pennington NJ. This is a 12 month contract position.
About the Role - Responsible to oversee and perform remediation on enterprise workstations to attain compliance with the client End of Life software policies
Responsibilities:
- Advanced Windows OS knowledge and troubleshooting ability
- Working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with various levels of management on security related matters
- A technical professional with operations and troubleshooting experience, able to perform technical analysis, drive for results, take ownership, be self-motivated, and think outside the box
- MS Windows Server
- Win10
Required Skills
- “Mac admin bash scripting and the like would be ideal.”
- “They’d also need to be able to help with Windows as well, but focus for this spot is the Mac background.”
- Large enterprise Mac client experience/Ticket Requests (doesn’t request candidates with small unfamiliar clients)
