Location: Plano, TX / Charlotte, NC / Pennington, NJ
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Delivery Center
Duration: 12-month contract (extendable up to 36 months)
Job Description:
Client is seeking an Operations Analyst for a long-term contract with a leading financial institution. This role involves data feed monitoring and managing an incident ticketing queue, working within a high-impact operations environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor data feed alerts and triage incidents via a ticketing queue
- Investigate and analyze issues to identify potential root causes
- Escalate incidents appropriately to support and engineering teams
- Ensure regulated messaging applications are running optimally
- Manage and support applications enabling compliant review of electronic communications
- Coordinate and implement validated application service changes
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Operations, eDiscovery, Legal, Compliance)
- Ensure compliance requirements are met through technical controls and reporting
- Maintain process documentation and knowledge base content
- Prioritize workload based on business needs and urgency
Must-Have Skills:
- Data Feed Monitoring experience
- Incident Ticketing Queue experience (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Ability to communicate and escalate issues across technical and non-technical teams
- Working knowledge of ITIL principles
- Experience with MS Windows Server and Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of network troubleshooting
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to SQL or PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, especially in electronic communications
- Experience with automation of recurring tasks
- Technical writing and documentation experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Network )
