Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters to drive Agile transformation and facilitate high-performing teams. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in Lean and Kanban methodologies, hands-on experience with Jira, and the ability to coach teams on Agile best practices. Experience 8 to 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Implement Lean and Kanban principles to improve team efficiency and optimize workflow.
- Coach teams on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined user stories and backlog refinement.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time).
- Leverage Jira to manage sprints, create dashboards, and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Act as a servant leader, enabling self-organizing and cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align team objectives with business goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong expertise in Lean and Kanban methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira (creating workflows, dashboards, and reports).
- Proven ability to coach Agile teams and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM) preferred.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in Agile transformation or working with organizations adopting Agile practices.
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
