Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced AWS Data Engineer with expertise in Python and AWS Serverless solutions to build and optimize large-scale data pipelines. The ideal candidate must have deep technical knowledge in data engineering best practices, data modeling, and cloud-native data processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Python for data processing and ETL development.
- AWS Serverless expertise (Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, etc.) – Azure experience will not work.
- Proven experience in building scalable data pipelines for structured and semi-structured data.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, logic implementation, and data validation to ensure data integrity.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Glue, Athena, Redshift, Kinesis, and S3.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
