Job Description:
Responsibilities: Dell Technologies Product Expertise
PowerEdge XE & R Servers:
- Typical activities include but are not limited to
- Support Day to Day Data Center activities
- Escort dispatched field engineers
- Parts shipping/receiving management etc.
- Performs firmware, code, BIOS lifecycle management, adding users, patching
- Triage with Dell support for Scheduling FSE break/fix activities
- Proactively notified customer of any server issues
- Resident opens SR, works with support to resolve issues. Captures logs, follows recommended troubleshooting from support
- Assistance with firmware upgrades (if applicable)
- Manage /monitor, provision, and administer cluster management tool (NVIDIA Bright Cluster or OMNIA
- Monitor/manage GPU monitoring and health checks

- Specialist-PowerEdge Server Senior Solution Architect
Additional Technical Skills
- Advanced RHEL and Ubuntu OS experience
- NVIDIA Base Command Manager
- GPU Hardware (NVIDIA, AMD)
