As a Senior AEM Developer / Lead, you will play a critical role in architecting, developing, and leading the delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. You'll oversee a team of developers while collaborating with stakeholders to design systems that balance technical innovation with business needs. Your expertise in AEM and proficiency with front-end technologies, particularly AlpineJS, will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of exceptional digital solutions.
Required Qualifications :
- 10 years of experience in AEM development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in AEM 6.x architecture, including Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher .
- Proficiency in AlpineJS and modern front-end development frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS).
- Hands-on experience integrating AEM with third-party APIs and services.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI / CD pipelines, Git, and code deployment strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AEM developers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
- Architect and implement custom AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Develop responsive and dynamic front-end components using AlpineJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScrip t.
