.Net Technical Lead
FULLTIME - DIRECT HIRE
Location: NYC, NY On Site need Locals/Nearby candidates ONLY, 2 Video Rounds and Final In-Person interview.

In this role, you will work alongside a dynamic team of engineers, collaborate directly with clients, and drive the delivery of cutting-edge solutions. You will play a crucial role in designing, architecting, and implementing innovative applications while ensuring best practices in software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in software development and solution architecture.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages: dotNet, Python, Java, JavaScript (React, Node.js), C#, or Go.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, ML frameworks and LLMs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices including CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL), APIs, and system design.
- Experience leading development teams and delivering complex technical solutions.
- Ability to interact directly with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
