What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bridal Sales Supervisor position at Pronovias Group?
Pronovias Group has been dressing dreams for more than 50 years through our four brands : Pronovias, Sant Patrick, White One, Nicole and Ladybird.
We are constantly growing and therefore, we are looking for a Bridal Sales Supervisor for our team in Miami.
Functions and Responsibilities :
- Conduct bridal and occasionwear appointments, assisting and advising the client with a professional demeanor all while providing excellent service and satisfying their needs.
- Meet the individual sales and efficiency goals set by the Store Manager.
- On a daily basis, complete appointment related tasks in order to properly prepare for upcoming appointments while ensuring perfect attention to detail and customer satisfaction; in addition to the daily organization of activities to be performed.
- Generate business and traffic through the management of your client portfolio.
- Communicate with Central regarding product in order to ensure its availability and compliance with established quality requirements and defined delivery times.
- Perform administrative support tasks (telephone support, cashier closing, receipt of merchandise, tracking, transfers, inventories, etc.), contributing to the excellent operation of the store.
- Ensure at all times a correct store image following the internal policy established by PRONOVIAS in terms of order and visual standards both for the sales area, workshop and warehouse.
- Resolve possible incidents in an agile and effective way.
- When Store Manager is absent, support Sales Consultants with appointments as necessary
- Support Management with training opportunities for the Sales Team
We are looking for a person with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in consultation and sales supervisor of premium or luxury brands.
A passionate person to provide excellent service to our clients with a positive attitude.

You must have excellent communication skills and the contribution of languages will be highly valuable.
