How You'll Make an ImpactMaintaining and increasing sales for the agency is a key responsibility. This involves selling company products/services through resellers/channels in assigned territories.
- Representing the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support.
- Maintaining healthy relationships with customers and ensuring Complete Customer Satisfaction.
The following tasks are essential:
- Creating campaigns for the agency to drive revenue and coordinate customer appreciations.
- Ensuring Cold Calls are made on applications generated from events, Renewal Quotes are made, and Quotes are followed up.
- Performing Grassroots Marketing on a daily basis.
Key skills include:
- Developing sales reports as needed.
- Attending sales trainings as required.
We're looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- The ability to obtain a P&C license within a 60-day period.
PREFERRED SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
