Our Client is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate to join our Corporate M&A practice in our Philadelphia office.
- Qualified candidates should have 5 years of business and transactional experience, including M&A, joint venture and / or other complex commercial transactions. This attorney will focus on drafting and negotiating transactional documents and be given the opportunity to work directly with clients.
- Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice.
