The following provides a detailed description for the position of Front Desk Manager Actual duties performed may vary slightly. The Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of both clubs at our Tate's Creek and West Main locations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all front desk
- Create employee schedules.
- Hire and train all front desk employees.
- Manage member accounts.
- Contact and resolve all delinquent member accounts.
- Complete all membership cancellations accordingly with the member's contract and company policies.
- Stay up to date on Company pricing and promotion schedule.
- Maintain information on club history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff and policies.
- Understand and adhere to Company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the entire staff. Support other employees in achieving their goals.
- Handle cash drawer and check transactions.
- Order retail items and complete monthly inventory.
- Maintain a clean and operationally sound facility.
- Prioritizes time and tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Thorough understanding of Proof Fitness membership systems.
- Basic computer skills.
