Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential customers in residential and commercial markets.
- Cultivate leads through referrals, community connections, and online reviews.
- Partner with market technicians and Branch Managers to receive leads for follow-up and sales.
- Contact former customers to reestablish relationships and regain their business.
- Utilize digital marketing, social media, and local advertising to enhance brand visibility.
- Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, or in-person visits.
- Present company services professionally, addressing customer pest control needs and concerns.
- Qualify leads based on property type, location, and service area.
- Build rapport with prospects by actively listening, sharing success stories, and explaining service benefits.
- Schedule on-site termite inspections or pest control consultations with potential clients.
- Clearly communicate the scope, purpose, and expected time frame for inspections.
- Conduct thorough inspections and document findings for client review.
- Present detailed proposals outlining treatment plans, pricing, and warranties.
- Address customer objections, highlight benefits, and negotiate pricing when needed.
- Offer financing options and bundled service packages to enhance affordability and value.
- Secure signed contracts and deposits to finalize sales.
- Coordinate with operations to schedule service delivery and communicate timelines to clients.
- Maintain customer relationships through follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Encourage referrals and request testimonials or reviews to support lead generation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and treatment methods.
- Participate in regular sales training and team meetings to refine skills and strategies.
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related customer-facing role, preferably in pest control or home services.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

- Basic knowledge of pest control services or willingness to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person visits.
