Position Overview :
We are seeking driven, entry-level Sales Representatives for both internships and full-time opportunities. This is a 1099 commission-based role, with earnings estimated at $3,000 to $4,000 per month, based on performance. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing sales.
Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking.
Sales Presentations & Negotiation : Conduct in-person sales presentations, provide service proposals, and close deals with potential customers.
Product Knowledge : Learn and effectively communicate the value of Proof Pest Control's services and solutions.
Qualifications :
No prior sales experience required.
Comfortable working outdoors and approaching potential customers with confidence.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
