We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to assist in our efforts across written and digital communications, marketing, and operations to drive enhanced value to our stakeholders and increase PROOF’s visibility in the venture ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email and content marketing, product management, and event planning, along with expertise in analytics and marketing automation tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create and distribute marketing and investor relations reports/materials via email marketing.
- Produce and manage investor and limited partner events such as our annual Limited Partner meetings and other networking receptions.
- Create and manage quarterly newsletters and thought leadership pieces on venture capital.
- Manage, distribute, and promote Finding PROOF’s podcasts.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including social media and the company website.
- Design and create compelling visual content for various marketing materials.
- Manage company webinars as needed.
- Oversee office management and operational responsibilities such as liaising with building management, parking, and workplace logistics as needed.
Ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business or other relevant discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in communications or closely related field.
- Experience working with marketing tools and platforms as well as Powerpoint and image editing software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with extremely strong attention to detail.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated, organized self-starter who has a strong track record of working independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Positive, collaborative, and adaptive team player with a can-do attitude.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
