Our platform enables law firms and pro se parties to access efficient, transparent, and accessible legal services, traditionally out of reach. We are on a path to double our business this year and are building a team to help us scale rapidly.
We're seeking an experienced Finance leader to join our team and build out our FP&A function. The VP, FP&A, will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, leading all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical efforts to drive business performance. The role requires a highly analytical and commercially savvy finance leader who can provide data-driven insights, enhance decision-making, and support the company's continued growth and profitability
As the VP, FP&A, you will partner with the CFO, CEO, and Private Equity sponsors to develop and execute financial strategies that align with growth objectives as well as provide insights on key financial and operational drivers, including revenue growth, margin expansion, and cost optimization. You will own the annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities by developing and maintaining robust financial models to assess business scenarios, investment opportunities, and profitability initiatives. You will be a key member of the M&A team, assisting with diligence, integration, and synergy tracking for acquisitions and de novo growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in FP&A leadership roles
- Strong services or tech enabled services experience, ideally in fast-paced, PE-backed, high-growth environments with competing priorities
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics with a highly analytical, problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive process improvements
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership, Boards, and investors
- Proficiency with financial systems (Quickbooks, Excel, BI tools)
- B.S. / B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Economics
- CPA / CFA / MBA preferred
- Annual Salary: $200,000 - $225,000
- Eligible for Annual Performance Bonus
