Proofpoint.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Operations SupportAssist in maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.Ensure all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.Process ImprovementSupport the implementation of new tools or workflows to improve efficiency.Candidate ExperienceCommunicate with candidates to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.General Administrative SupportManage recruitment-related correspondence, including job postings and candidate inquiries.Provide support for onboarding activities and new hire orientations.QualificationsEducation : Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Skills : Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Experience : Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems (a plus but not required).Interest in talent acquisition or human resources.Why ProofpointProtecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.
