What You’ll Do
Event Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement event strategies that align with business objectives.
- Manage venue selection, vendor negotiations, contract oversight, and event logistics to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and lead event staff for efficient operations.
- Customer-Centric Mindset Ensuring client satisfaction throughout every stage of event planning.
- Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective planning.
- Maintain basic accounting and budgetary oversight, including vendor payments and financial reconciliation.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with internal teams—including marketing, sales, and leadership—to execute flawless events.
- Maintain strong communication with vendors, sponsors, and event partners to build and sustain relationships.
- Provide exceptional oral and written communication to ensure seamless coordination across all stakeholders.
- Support marketing efforts by creating and distributing promotional materials to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Manage event registration platforms and enhance audience engagement through digital tools.
- Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Gather post-event feedback to refine event strategies and improve future experiences.
- Track event performance metrics and contribute insights for optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven Event Expertise – 4 years of experience in event planning, execution, and logistics.
- Strong Organizational & Planning Abilities – Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
- Creativity & Problem-Solving Skills – A proactive approach to troubleshooting and innovating event experiences.
- Multitasking in Fast-Paced Environments – Ability to remain agile and composed under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency – Basic understanding of event management software, word processors, and spreadsheets (e.g., Cvent, Salesforce, Marketo, Zoom, Asana, Microsoft Teams).
- Financial Acumen – Basic accounting and budgetary skills to track expenses and manage financial aspects of events.
- Flexibility & Travel Readiness – Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to support event success.
