ZenGuide Premium Services Manager
The ZenGuide Premium Services (PS) Manager guides the team by setting goals, delegating tasks and setting deadlines with a focus on continually improving processes and procedures. The ZenGuide PS Manager must be able to motivate team members, provide coaching and resolve issues.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for administering Zen Guide’s Cyber Security Education and Assessments for PS customers Communicate strategies and best practices with staff or clients for the services provided by the PS team
- Conduct regular team meetings with team members
- Ongoing training Product updates Hear about successes and pain points
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports, establish goals and discuss concerns
- Regularly check on customer program summaries
- Monitor and report on team’s performance to senior leadership
- Maintain quarterly staff utilization reporting
- Document staff successes and challenges
- Monitor and supervise the double check processes
- Stay current on ZenGuide product additions and changes.
- Ensure all team members are informed and can accurately communicate information with customers.
- Special projects as needed to address PS issues and features
- Assist sales when potential customers have PS related questions Monitor customers that are near renewal
- Track renewal challenges, report in ZenGuide Churn meetings
- Alert account managers when needed
- Escalate PS customer issues
- Documents and track efforts
- Find excellent candidates and drive interviewing and hiring process
- Evaluate new customers and assign PS Reps to them
Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Sciences or Information Technology
- Excellent written and oral communications skills are mandatory, as is a solid understanding of SaaS
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer management skills
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience with HTML IT background Excellent Excel skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible time off, a comprehensive well-being program with two paid Wellbeing Days and two paid Volunteer Days per year, plus a three-week Work from Anywhere option.

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:
Base Pay Range: 108,080.00 - 169,840.00 USD
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 90,580.00 - 142,340.00 USD
All other cities and states excluding those listed above:
Base Pay Range: 81,130.00 - 127,490.00 USD
