What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Fulfillment Lead position at ProPack Logistics US LLC?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
Ensure operational flow, efficiency and accuracy within order fulfillment functions in the facility. Set the pace and example for specialists. Act as point of contact with supervisors and managers. Be accountable for on time throughput between order release, picking, packing and shipping.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for orders flowing through the facility
- Client forward pick area setup and organization
- Maintain a clean, orderly and sustainable fulfillment area (picking/packing/manifesting areas)
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure flow and throughput is optimized
- Conduct daily standup meeting with Order Fulfillment crew
- Make sure specialists are adequately cross trained and capable of performing different roles
- Ensure specialists understand and follow client specific processes to optimize client satisfaction
- Communicate with clients on order related topics
- Carry out special client instructions
- Carry out compliance related tasks for orders
- Set example at facility for the high ProPack level of service

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hands-on experience in order release, picking, packing and shipping
- Efficient flow and throughput skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, Word and web browsing)
- Creativity and problem solving
- Ability to communicate to and listen effectively when relating to coworkers, administration and clients
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good understanding of metrics and reporting
- Customer service
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Typing over 50 words per minute
