We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee and optimize operations at our Plant City facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10-20 employees, including production workers, supervisors, and a fleet mechanic.
• Delegate tasks, set goals, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with the production supervisor and controller to manage supplies and workflows.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company regulations.
• Oversee production lines, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Create and maintain operational rules, maintenance plans, and schedules.
• Monitor inventory and procurement processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and analyze metrics, including efficiency, downtime, and cost savings.
• Optimize production schedules and workflows to meet company goals and customer demands.
• Identify and implement new technologies and innovative processes to improve production.
• Coordinate with the fleet mechanic to schedule regular maintenance and minimize disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven track record in process management or production oversight.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent organizational skills.
• A creative, autonomous leader who can make decisions and drive team success.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) and a willingness to learn propane safety and compliance procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing production lines and mechanical equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and inventory management in industrial settings.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $65,000 - $85,000, based on experience.
