Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership Develop, coach, mentor and train valet team , ensuring that job and client expectations are met and exceeded.
• Schedule Management Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while optimizing operational costs.
• Client Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; attend meetings and represent the company professionally.
• Customer Service Excellence Proactively handle customer complaints and operational issues, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Operational Oversight Manage employee work hour reports, payroll submissions, and compliance with company policies.
• Financial Accountability Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure integrity in revenue control through audits.
• Reporting Complete required reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Must haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
