Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000, plus Incentive Bonus Potential

Work Modality: In Office

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, Occasional Evenings & Weekends

Location: Columbus, Ohio (OSU)

Ideal Experience:

• This position oversees all aspects of the Compliance and Safety operations. The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience.
• Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight
• Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
• A Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.

As Parking Compliance Manager, you will:

• Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees.
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
• Develop safety plans, enforce policies, conduct risk assessments, submit claims to Corporate, investigate accidents and ensure legal compliance
• Develop and maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings.
• Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client.
• Respond to operational issues when needed, including occasional after-hours support.
• Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our client.
• Assigns staff to daily patrol routes or designated areas to enforce parking ordinances.
• Develops and manages work schedules to ensure adequate coverage for special events.
• Monitors field activities by making site visits to ensure proper enforcement of parking regulations and restrictions.
• Trains staff on parking ordinances and proper procedures for issuing fee notices for violations.
• Reviews work activity reports and evaluates work performance of subordinate staff.
• Evaluates the number of parking fee notices issued on various routes and adjusts work assignments to optimize productivity.
• Meets with staff to discuss and resolve operational challenges in the field.
• Prepares productivity reports for management review.
• Maintain and ensure proper care of all company-issued equipment.
