Valet Supervisor - San Francisco
Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour plus cash tip$!
Job Type: Full-time
Location: San Francisco, CA
Shift & Schedule: AM/PM shift (must be able to work on weekends)
Must Have: Supervisor, Hospitality and Customer Service Experience

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Valet Supervisor for full-time opportunities to start immediately.
What we're looking for:*
- Develop and train valets to ensure job expectations are met
- Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
- Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
- Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
- Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
- Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
- Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
- Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
- Complete required reports.

Must haves:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
- Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
- You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
- You are a roll-up-the-sleeves, get stuff done type of person that is organized, honest and thoughtful.
